We've been looking for EDU data that converts 4%+ in our call center and have been running through a lot of garbage for the past few months.

Here are the requirements we're looking for:
Fields: name, email, DOB, address, gender, and preferably area of study
10k records/day
21+ years old
Must be real-time

Get in touch if you're serious and can reach the metrics above. If the sample campaign doesn't work out, we wont buy your data.

Maybe I'm reading into the OP wrong, but those metrics seem way off. If you're talking 4% enrollment from your call center, thats about twice the rate that the biggest EDU aggregators require for a $20-$40 payout. And if your requiring a MINIMUM of 10,000 records a day, what type of terms do you pay on to handle $500,000 a day per publisher (conservative numbers of $50 x 10,000 given the enrollment rate you're seeking)? Again, maybe reading your post wrong but if not I highly doubt anyone on here is gonna be able to meet your minimums.
 
Not enrollment rate, 4%+ lead-conversion rate. We're not looking to pay for leads, only data that is generated real-time. Let me know
