I have a strong feeling that Tradedoubler doesn't track sales outside of UK. I am working with a merchant based in UK but they gets sales from all over the world and I promote them everywhere through my blog. Unfortunately there is no way for me to know where the sales are coming from, no geo targetting sales report available in TD. My merchant tells me that yes they do track but I highly doubt because when i was working with them on their internal referral program, i was getting 10x sales and now its been shit the day i moved to TD.

Merchant is not ready to switch me back, I believe they want to save money by getting those US,Canada and other country sales for free, coz its not tracked in TD.

Can someone confirm this? I also noticed that TD has a country tab which lets you select countries where your traffic is coming from. I just noticed that today and i only had UK ticked. Does anyone know if this impacts the tracking?

TD customer service is shit and useless people. 90% of time no one picks up the phone, emails are answered in 3-4 days. Horrible customer service overall and if you ask them, they say yes for everything, idiots.

If anyone working with TD, please tell me how this works

Tradedoubler are across Europe and some other non-EU countries too.
So they definitely do track global stuff. That said, from my experience some merchants track non-local market and some don't.
Maybe check with the affiliate manager or the merchant, depending on what contact details you get on the program info bit?

Do you have any tips on how to stop getting b& from their network? I do OK with them, apart from when they close my account 'for network quality reasons' and then they refuse to explain why.

It depends on the merchant. i.e they have to put the tracking pixel on the confirmation page.... If they have got lots of confirmation pages (e.g different language versions of the site in subfolders) then they have to put the code on all the pages.

Do you have your own tracking so you cn trce geos yourself?

TD will basically give you no help or effort in having your own pixel placed, but despite what they say, their system is set up for it, so persist and you can eventually track.

Once running like that it'll be pretty obvious if only UK is firing.

Forgot to mention, I would contact the merchant directly. Dealing with Tradedoubler takes longer...so I would contact the merchant directly.
