When I say your order has been submitted, that's exactly what's happened.... It's like you don't believe me or something. As far as ranking, there is no such thing as instant seo.. sometimes it happens.. not every time. I've seen websites update within a day and websites that rank up within a week. It all depends. Just check ahrefs.com if you are trying to verify the links being created. The links show up the day after they are submitted so it's not hard to spot them.

Anyway, all 3 orders have been submitted.

I HAVE ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR CONFIRMATION FROM YOU AND YOU DON'T EVER CHECK THE DAMN TRANSACTION NUMBER AGAINST THE ORDER TO CONFIRM

SO WHEN WILL THAT FOURTH ORDER BE LIVE?????????


AND - for confirmation of submission... I have four programs I run to check backlinks and with the previous order I started seeing the new backlinks from you within 4 hours.... this time it didn't start until this morning and for two of the orders, I am still not seeing any new backlinks... so yeah until I see them I won't believe... sorry but I have been screwed too many times....

as for the now missing 4th order I need to know when you plan on starting that one, as it is day 9....
 


Oh and we haven't received a refund, I told you to wait until after you "fixed" this mistake... I figured if you got these fixed quickly and my fourth order went out on time, I would just apply the refund to another order... but as it stands right now... the next order is now late.... and you can't say we didn't go through the form as this order was sent through your form and we got the email confirmation... so I guess I will now take the refund as it doesn't look like your service is reliable....

Oh and don't tell me to go check spam, as I have an there is not an email stating that this campaign went live...

I swear this is like a dysfunctional high school relationship!!!!

I want to dump you because the work doesn't get done on time, and I have clients depending on me to have things done when I tell them it will be done, based upon time lines YOU give.... to me that = you as unreliable

The keywords with the lower exact match contain the term :xmas-smiley-016:Christmas :xmas-smiley-016: in them.... thus why they seem so low traffic, but they are in fact GREAT conversion terms for this month - - and HIGH competition terms - EXTREMELY HIGH Competition

Again - - your service is amazing, and the results are awesome. I just wish that you would deliver when you say.... It is incredibly frustrating to have an expectation based upon your promises and then not have them met...

Just relax... take a deep breathe...

I already know you have a fourth order. That order was supposed to be submitted 2 days ago.. the only reason why it's delayed is because I had to squeeze your other 3 orders in. Today the 4th order is being submitted.

Refund is sent. You are honestly taking it too far now. You don't know everything that is happening behind the scenes. You had 3 orders that were 2 weeks late... I made them top priority and got them submitted. Now your complaining that your 4th order that WAS completed via the order form is late by 1 day... ( ARE YOU SERIOUS? It's only been ONE day and is being submitted today... ) .... well guess what... I had to make room for you and bopkins.. so yeah... the 4th is ONE day late... and it's the only single order I have that used the order form that is late. You don't believe me? I'd happily let Zingo access the back end of my order form to exactly see how long my que is. You and bpokins are the only ones late... everyone else is at around a 5-6 day turn around time.

Trust me... it was a mistake that was made. It's not going to happen again. I'm not accepting any orders outside of the order form. No more delays... just links. Have you seen anyone else complaining? Everyone else's orders are being handled on time with no problems.

Zingo, if you would like you can check the order que times on my wufoo form builder. Besides Aunesty's 4th order and bopkins 2nd order, no other order is late. They are all on time and BELOW the 7 day turn around time by 1-2 days.

If I was overbooked I would notify everyone of a turn around time delay. We just had a small mishap that I dealt with and now everything is back on track.

Ok my apologies I missed the e-mail. I have not heard anything since though. Is it too much to ask to be notified when the work is completed? I don't see any posts showing up so I don't think it actually is.

I don't get some of you guys, don't take on more orders than you can handle, surely that's not a difficult concept to grasp? I have a business to run not to babysit a job I specifically outsourced so I wouldn't have to babysit. Get your shit together please or send a refund.

Your order was not late and I just proved that an email confirmation WAS sent to your email upon submission of your order... so why are you talking about a refund?

I have completed your order on time and did send you an email upon submission... so why are you telling me to "get my shit together or send a refund"?

It's almost as if people are posting shit on my thread just to get me to refund them or give them free links...

You have no valid complaint.... and even if you did... why aren't you emailing or PMing me about it? Atleast then I can figure out what the issue is and try to solve it instead of wasting my time trying to defend myself in my own thread.

My apologies. This was totally my fault because I was checking the wrong site. Facepalm, I know right? Placed a lot of orders that night for various sites and was checking the wrong one, sorry again, jumped the gun on this one. EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD HERE.
