Hi everyone,

Wouldn't you say for someone looking to buy/ sell an established website (say mid 4 figures and up) there is a little too much noise on flippa? And too many unsophisticated inexperienced buyers kicking the tires with no real intent to purchase? Or from buyer's perspective too many questionable template listings?

There seems to be an opportunity for a "premium" marketplace.

Just make your URL private and make them sign NDA before revealing any information at all.

Keep the tire kickers out.

Latonas.com?

Thanks, might try them out, although charging 15% - on the high side of the brokers I've been talking to...

If someone were to launch a dedicated exchange with robust listing and members verification process and set the high floor for the reserve price. Wouldn't you think it will solve the problem?

Good idea, thanks! Although doesn't it significantly limit your exposure?

I'm also quite annoyed sorting through all the 'marginal' listings when on the other side of the table, buying... How do you deal with that?

Try talking to meathead1234 (Thomas Smale) from BHW.

He brokers site for a living and has a list of pre-filtered buyers he can pitch to.
