Seriously i kid you not i just got this email from adwords support after i begrudgingly had to contact them over a billing issue:

Huh? I thought Google had some sort of FAQ answer system. I suppose in the end you still get a meaningless and irrelevant answer.
 
yup it's been like that for months, ever since disabled the chat system for international publishers.. either call them on the phone, or expect weeks or even months to get something simple to be resolved via email.
 
Do you get review copies?

Pretty stupid for a company like google to be sending people to a forum like DP.
 
I'm so glad DP can help out with AdWords billing issues, maybe WF can start approving FB ads to help contribute to these stupid advertising platforms.
 
There are more scams and fraud in that place than just about anywhere on the net,yet Google thinks they should send there customers over to it.
 
This has gotta be a joke...if it's not, I'm writing an e-book for all the fuckers looking for AW support. $97 fixes all your problems.

Is this only for international advertisers for now?
this could well be just for international advertisers. i got it from adwords thailand but i think by default its a forwarded response from adwords ireland who've handled all my other international 'english' support in my area. the local direct stuff comes in thai which i have to translate.
