Quick question. I see all these offers for like "Buy $100 Adwords coupon for $15" or whatever, which is a pretty good deal obviously... But can you keep applying more coupons to the same account? Would Google get suspicious if it saw you getting all these coupons?

No, generally all coupons will work only for newly created accounts. Buy hey, if you are just now getting in, I would definitely recommend getting a coupon. That's a free $85 you don't have to spend yourself.
