I have to give some kudos out to the Ebay API program. When they first opened I was playing around with it and they contacted me for an interview/survey thing they wanted to do. I accepted and talked to them over the phone for about 45 mins. I bluntly told them that I wanted to use the API to grab their content for use in creating a bunch of category based spam sites. They said cool and I spent the entire time giving them suggestions on how to make my spam job easier and what exactly would help me generate these sites faster. I even talked to them about API call limits and how I how much I would need as well as changes to the TOS that they need to make so I won't be infringing on their copyrights. They were very receptive and helpful, they also made a lot of the changes I suggested including certain specific TOS changes. Then today I got a package from them with a thank you card and a Ebay coffee mug.
