if you're looking for edu and gov backlinks this is the way to go. although some of the pages i checked had pretty high obl it was a pretty decent mix of low and high obl.

can't beat a free 7k blast too...
 
REVIEW:

Service as described. All links are EDU and or GOV. I checked a few links and my link was there. Problem is a lot of them are spammed big time (over 100 OBL). For $10 it's a great deal though considering I've seen some minor SERP improvement already.
