Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (trailer)

YES. I thought for sure they were gonna end the series with oblivion, fuck I hope this lives up to Morrowind. Trailer score was epic.

This game is going to hold the title of 'Best Game Ever Created' for a while. It'll be that fucking good.

Morrowind and Oblivion were both fucking works of art; Bethesda does an orgasmically good job with the Elder Scrolls series.

I probably watched this trailer about 30 times so far at least. Haven't been this pumped for a game since the first mass effect.

Wow. That was impressive. Games like that are exactly why I got rid of my system a while back, I'd get sucked in and not get shit done.

Wow, these are pretty much the only games I care about these days. I'm on my 2nd playthrough (1st one took like 2 years) in Oblivion, modded some annoying shit about the game on PC and its quite awesome.

Even if its 1/2 the world size of Oblivion it will be fricken epic with those graphics. But I heard it isn't the case and it will be as big or bigger than Oblivion.

Haha I feel the same way, but you know what? Fuck it, these games are too good to miss out on. Just get a shit load of work done and reward yourself with some sick geekness.

The gameinformer article makes good things happen in my pants but I'd still like things like no more leveled enemies or at least no more leveled loot (or loot that levels with you like the crusader gear). Spears would be nice too, no mention of them, guess they got lost in morrowind.

The changes to the combat sound great though, pretty much every change seems like it's for the better and hopefully it wont be all about DPS now that different weapons will have a few different advantages. As for magic, needing to have a hand free to use it is a great idea.

I still wish classes meant something though. You could always limit yourself but I wish you had to at least be limited in say how good you could get in the stealth or combat skills if your specialization was magic.
