Email list management companies

I'm looking for email list management companies that have either of the 2 abilities:

1: Manage my mailing lists, pick offers, determine what to promote, inbox, revshare.
2: Will take my offers and promote them to their own lists or affiliates lists.

I'm familiar with Bloosky, what are the others out there?

Used Revenue Enhancement Group 2 years ago to mail to a dating list. They were OK. Heard decent things about WhiteDelivery (monetizeits internal mailers) but never used them. Another idea would be to hit up network contacts to see who they use for internal offers.

Also, Mike Krongel gave some great (albeit now obvious) advice in a conversation about mailing in that you should always use multiple mailers and 'split test' your results. He mentioned he always used 3 mailers at once and every month, cut the 1 that produced the least in revenue and rotated a new one in. Always thought that was a gem that a lot of new peoples in the mailing space might overlook.
