Equal or more leads on second offer.. are they scrubbing

On some traffic offers I've been getting more leads coming from the second offer (diet usually). Sometimes it's the same but it happens a lot that there's more.

So what I wanted to hear other opinions is what happens in these cases, am I getting scrubbed or can it be that it really is just not converting as well and people just sign up for the second offer?

Just wanted to hear what you guys thought before I go accusing these people of scrubbing my leads, specially how offers are these days.
 


sometimes LPs suck as well but if they are only taking the 2nd solution as i understand you might have a farticle/advertorial with 1 and 2 option, then it sounds like they are scrubbing you. The best way is to switch links and check yourself.

unless you test other offers you would never know whats happening. I remember once i was getting 30% conversion on 1 offer so i was happy with that then i saw a similar offer on another network thought lets try, guess what conversions went to 55%.

Try try till you fail
 
I'd switch the order of the offers and see if you do more when the 2nd option is the first.
