Anyone been involved in any equity transfers for small business and or start ups? I have a private vc that is interested in investing some money for a non-controlling portion of the company...I suspect this warrants a trip to my lawyer, however perhaps there is a way to do this online. A form?
This is only round one, thus we`re not talking big money and I am only granting single digit ownership 4-8%.
