European banks with low service fees for wires?

I'm looking for a good bank in the EU or offshore with low low service charges on bank wires that also has robust internet banking.

I currently have a couple of multi currency accounts with NatWest offshore in Gibraltar but their wiring fees are extortionate. However, they have a great iBanking system with a chip and pin handheld unit that lets me do my banking, wiring, etc. from anywhere.

Any suggestions?

I use Banco Espírito Santo. With their security "Matrix Card" you can do all your banking, wiring, etc etc, from their iBanking system or your phone.
