However all networks claim to be doing better then they are really doing, Simple advertising, are you gonna join a company saying they are paying weekly, our company is generating millions of leads a day, or you gonna join a network where guy says wow we are making $100 profit a day, so we pay when we get paid.

I never go by what a network is saying cause even the big ones add some sugar coating, i go by what people say that work with them.

File a claim in small claims court in Chicago it's probably the only chance you'll get paid

Their is a way but I won't disclose publicly. You're right though ... even if you win in court collecting is a whole different issue. Nobody knows for sure how much money Eagle has left which is part of the problem. But it never hurts trying. Depends on how bad you really want it.
