Exactly what is Copeac?

I looked at the site and now much information, and a lot of people seem to promote it on their signatures.

Anyone care to give me a descrip?

From what I know they are just like the other affiliate programs out there except that they are very honest, they don't screw people around, they provide good high-conversion products, and a lot of people here use them.

I have not yet joined there network because I'm still setting up a few other things for myself but I will join probably next month or so, but yeah there just a good affiliate marketing outlet.
