Exit Window Meesage Type of Thing - Help

Hello Guys,

Lately I've seen several websites using this technique that when the user / visitor leaves a page they "deploy" a little gray window with a message like (are you sure you want to leave the page) - (thank you for visiting) type of thing.

For a clear example, visit Green Tea Extreme $1 Trial Offer now with EGCG! and leave the page and you will see the gray window that Im talking about.

Does anyone know how can I make one of those?? What is the code??

If you plan on promoting whatever page this will be via Google - don't. It is against their TOS.

what if I want the pop up to appear when the user visits the Affiliate link URL only?.......... meaning that the popup will not appear to all the the visitors that leave the page but only tho those whom click and go to the affiliate link?

does this make sense?
 
well you arent going to be able to install a script like that on the offer page if thats what you mean
