Fuck This Evil! I hate aff marketing, all these shitty products ebooks and meaningless crap. Fuck all the stupid ppl that buy into this crap and the consumers who buy all this shit. I hate all the greedy networks, the snob affiliate managers who don't know shit about the internet. The life style I'm leading, spending 14 hours a day near the computer, feeding on coffee and cigs, the stupid landing pages with crappy design and bad copy, google, yahoo, obama and YOU! Fuck You All! And me for that matter.

What my anti-social, lazy ass hates is having to call affiliate networks to join. seriously, what the point of that? i'll just stick with the ones i'm with and you can lose out on my traffic until i feel like getting around to calling you. the nice thing about this industry is NOT having to talk to people. if i wanted to talk to people i would be a real estate agent or something.

As he said. Though, domaining is kinda like real estate. I call it unreal estate.
I feel comfortable talking to people in msn and irc, but not in person. I hate idiots, and I cannot hold myself not to tell that to them.
 
It's a kind of an inner split. On one hand of course I like the field and I LOVE being my own boss. On the other hand I really don't see myself doing any good for anyone... Neither for myself, cause I'm drifting around break-even (PPC spend vs sales), and just cannot manage to lift up.

What's most frustrating is the fact that I can't find anyone to answer my questions ! So I have to spend cash on AW just to learn from mistakes.

This place is more a support group for aff marketers than a helpful resource... I noticed that today, and that's why I posted this post. And walla! People answer!

I should get a shrink.

PS you know any other forums where people actually help others with info? :L

These 'info based' forums are imaginary. There's not enough tricks and not enough people who are willing to tell them to fill it up. So yeah, we have some random threads. There's actual help around here, but use the damn search.
Honestly, there's very few questions I've had lately I haven't been able to find on here somewhere.

Thanks, however I'm already deep into it, and I know all the basics. What I lack is advice to specific questions I have.

I guess what I (and many of those trying) need is a real PPC coach, someone who gives you advice, overviews your campaigns and is a real pro. Problem with this is that it's impossible - these people are out of time, and it's just not worth their while, even if you pay them few hundred bucks an hour.
 
once you get to a certain point, you are kind of on your own.
so,quit bitching and get a job or do more testing.

Nator: Dude, what are you bitching about? WickedFire has HEAPS of good info on it for people starting out, and if you want something a bit more advanced, actually PM some of the guys in the know and ask!

I've gotten some killer ideas out of people like Lord Brar and XMCP. Not directly mind you. But enough for me to fill in gaps.
Now my lazy arse is pulling in enough to be comfortable, and whatever sub-affiliates I pull in get the benefit of that too.
If you happen to be hating yourself because of it, either see a shrink, or find something to push that you're comfortable with. i.e. A campaign I recently did ok with was just a competition for the local newspaper. Get people to sign up to news, get paid. How is that a bad thing? There are plenty of legit products you can push and not feel guilty about.
