I got the list very quickly some sites have trouble posting to or giving a error message and have to login to post on just about all the sites and has lots of comments more then likely want be on the first page of the comment section
1. Some sites have strong spam filters and they usually trigger the common types of comments such as "Thank You", "Great post", etc. There you have to post a bit lengthy (2-3 sentence) comments. Also it depends on your IP Address and your URL too.
2.Yes some/many posts require you to login/register in order to post comments. This is a common thing and all list buyers are awere of it. Some people prefer such pages.
3.I just checked all the links today. 90% of the sites are still fine with good number of OBLs. Also, the comments you put will be added to the first page - on top of the existing comments. (for the pages that use pagination for comments)
In addition to his 110 links I have given 6 bonus/backup links, you can use them in case you encounter problem with any other links.
