That wouldn't make much sense considering most FB ads accounts go for face value or more.

Run rebills. Typically an affiliate that runs rebills can squeeze out at least $5,000-$10,000 in profit on the account before it gets roasted. Those with better cloakers and unique angles can make it run for much longer.

Exactly! you beter ask somebody;) i use escrow to sell them so everybody is happy and theirs no fraud...

Hmm.. wouldn't you admitting that you know what they are used for... be "fraud", or at least against their TOS.

It's like saying "You know there's an FBI notice at the beginning of every movie talking about copyright infringement..." "But we skipped over that part.."
 
What do you mean by never pay ? FB charge you for ads anyway, no ?
Also how much it's going to cost to obtain such account ? $5k ? Even if it's give $5k net it's just break even.

Probably I am wrong somewhere.
