If you have a higher CTR that stands out, they will axe your ads (retro disapprovals).

But would you guys not say its based off traffic, not CTR as much.

Because I've had semi-shady ads with .4+ running for a while, just never
did any volume. I think once you start getting the traffic that is when they step in.

Haven't had any of my ads retro-disapproved yet...so time will tell...but I would assume Volume + $ > CTR
