After deleting your ad go back to ad manager page. Then click deleted ad. when ur deleted ad will appear on the right side , JUST BELOW THE AD you will see create similar ad.

All you know how facebook interns love to disapprove ads. Or maybe they have some sort of point system: you have to disapprove 1000 ads to earn 100 approve points And after ad has been disapproved - 'Create similar ad' link are gone.

Here's small hack to make your live easier:

1. Delete disapproved ad. You will be redirected to URL something like this:
hxxp://www.facebook.com/ads/manage/?act=1234567&ag=1234567
2. Change URL to:
hxxp://www.facebook.com/ads/create/?act=1234567&adgroup_id=1234567

And now you have prefilled ad form.
