Facebook Image Question

I have a quick question about Facebook images. Are you allowed to put cartoon characters into an image? For example if I wanted to take popular cartoon figure (like a pokemon, transformer, Gi Joe, ect.) and photoshop it into a picture with other toys would that be against Facebook guidelines?

The reason i ask is I have seen ads with Mario, Angry Birds, and other popular cartoon characters on Facebook before. Although reading Facebook's guidelines it says no copy written images/trademarks.

EDIT: Also what if someone is wearing a shirt with one of these images on it? Would that also fall under the same guidelines?

Thank you in advance,
Dylan

You beautiful snowflake you, trying to make your facebook so unique and beautiful! They generally won't blig your pictures unless they're porn or they get the dmca notice. So steal others' intellectual property like you're Babyface Nelson in Bankville.

Oy, thanks. On my way to making my first profitable campaign! No sleep

Edit: After I work out a few minor issues :D

EditEdit: What does it mean when your CTR is really high, but you are not getting conversions? Change ad copy?

You aesthetically pleasing knight from the distant future! If you're not getting conversions, probably you should give up on promoting clickbank stuff on facebooks.

False, no clickbank for me my friend.

I collected a lot of interesting data today running my campaigns. My overall campaign started very broad targeted and it worked okay. I then did some testing with some very narrow demographics and I still broke even. Both results where decent, but not good enough to make money. So as of now I am trying to find the sweet spot right in the middle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would be great to talk to someone who is experienced with Facebook.
