We've successfully launched a couple of Facebook Apps now, and the only way we're monetizing is via SuperRewards co-reg offers. This is hardly ideal as our apps are designed for lots of impressions.

Is anyone else using an ad network for monetization? I've heard that RockYou and Adknowledge are decent. Anyone here running them? Any drop in users? Do they pay well?

Also, sorta related: FB stats are less than ideal. Anyone see any other platforms for tracking app stats?

What sort of stats do you mean - user demos or user actions?

Demos can be obtained via the API: getStandardInfo and getInfo. You might find some good data there.

I found actions/clicks to be best programmed on a case by case basis. For example, generating unique clickids funneled through Prosper202/GA, grepping the server log, logging things internally to a special log, etc. If you iframe your apps it might be a little easier.

It's been a while since I programmed with their api, and only used FBML, so there might be a better way.:2twocents:
