Is there a way to edit the bid of your ad without having to have it re-reviewed?

My best guess would be creating a similar ad and changing the bid there?

Yup, i would edit the entire ad.

your ad doesnt get re-reviewed with a changed bid. only if you want to change your ad copy or targeting info will the FB ad review fags look at your ad again.
