Facebook Social Ads

I am convinced that Facebook social ads is the crack of internet marketing. I put up an ad late last night and I wake up this morning to like 500 impressions 0 clicks. I bump the bid up a little because based on my past experience with this offer I cannot go much higher.

I check it about 3 times during the day and I am getting about 50 impressions per hour nothing much. So I just assume that my ad will not show, oh well move on to the next offer.

I forget about it and start building another site to promote.

I check my stats on the aff. network just for shits and giggles as this is the only offer I am running on this network. Holy shit were did this money come from? I check my facebook and my add is showing and it is getting well below what I bidded on. For the next hour is was like how many times can I hit refresh.

This was insane I tapped out of my daily budget and it was over, oh I made over 100% roi so pretty happy about that.

I am telling you it is like crack, the good news is that you find out real quick if the offer will convert.

Damn, NN, FTW. You're like a god in reverse.

I'll have to check it out tomorrow at work and see if they have the remote desktop software but I'll set it up on the host/home computer tonight, in hopes they do.

try logmein.com if they don't have it blocked, have it on my home PC so when I hit the road for my day job I still have access to all my files, worth the price of admission for me anyway.

Yep already tried the proxy sites, I get a big: You have attempted to navigate to a site that is blocked because it is categorized as Proxy Avoidance

Damn, it's like I'm actually expected to do their work instead of my own.:D

I haven't gone down that whole "own my own server" road yet but I imagine i will soon enough.
Well, as long as you have your own webspace, installing CGI Proxy
should work, at least on most shared hosting environments. Just make sure to password protect the directory using htaccess. SourceForge.net: PHP Web Proxy could also work, but I haven't tried that.

Well hot man butter could be mistaken for many things. Kinda sounds like those viagra e-mails I get.

You guys will like this one, NSFW ads approved by FB (the blue bar was not in the original ad ;)

jesus christ and my ads get disabled for a guy and a girl about to kiss. WTF.

Actually that wanker pisses me off , I bet someone soon discovers that ad (if they haven't already) and all that's going to do is encourage them to go slower than they already do in reviewing ads
