Does anyone know if facbeook throttles accounts with poor historical performance? ie If you run a lot of low CTR campaigns, it enforces some multiplier on your account to give future campaigns fewer test impressions?
If FB DOES do something like this, what's the recourse? Close your account and open a new one on a different IP address? Call them?
