i used that $100 visa coupon when i first started out. my account got banned for some reason. i think they want you to use it to advertise local businesses and not affiliate marketing offers. i had to email facebook almost getting on my knees to get my account restored.

if you poke around dp you could find one. they kinda pop up every now and then you have to jump on them. generally they're for people with new accounts.
