a local video store is going out of business and selling all their stuff including wii games super cheap. I bought a bunch but they still have quite a bit left, mostly titles i've never heard of. I'm lookin to expand my collection so any help is appreciated. What's your favorite wii games?

i just scooped up a wii for my 6 year old for xmas (mainly so I can claim my xbox back)

if you need a few suggestions for kids rayman 1 is awesome and hilarious. Also mario party 8 is fun for everyone. Don't get paper mario its pretty much the worst game ever but you'll really like the new mario cart
I don't play wii myself but when I visited family over thanksgiving we sat around playing that for hours nonstop.
Slightly offtopic, but every time I think of the wii I think of the Wario Land Shake It Youtube promo.

played it last weekend for the 1st time... coming from a turntabalist, it sucks! it is somewhat entertaining... but how they made the fader kills it for me!
That's awesome! I used to play Wario games on old school gameboy and they were always great sidescrollers. Cool to see they kept a lot of the classic elements.

Call of duty 3: Impossible controls (try throwing a grenade without killing yourself i dare you.
Rayman: Funniest game ever
Rayman 2: Basically an expansion of rayman 1. Not as fun but has new challenges.
Medal of Honor: haven't played it
Splinter Cell Double Agent: Spent 2 hours trying to get past the coop tutorial. The game is fuckin impossible. If you think the other splinter cells are hard this one makes them look like a joke. Single player isn't as bad but still impossible.
Mario Strikers: Fun multiplayer game. Don't play by yourself
Zelda Twilight Princess: As with every zelda its badass and extremely addicting.
Scarface: Haven't played it
Sonic Riders: Haven't played it
Tony Hawk Downhill Jam: Haven't played it
Simcity Creator: Haven't played yet
Pirate of the caribbean: Haven't played it

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 REFLEX. From what I see, it's pretty freaking awesome. You get a pistol and AK-style controller, so it really works your body, not just your thumbs. Good stuff, good stuff indeed.

Zack and Wiki: amazing puzzle/adventure game
No More Heroes: fun hacking and slashing action
Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition: if you haven’t played though this on another console, grab this as it is the best version
Super Paper Mario: really good series

it's hard to get the hang of, but when you do it's a lot of fun. but yeah, if you're ACTUALLY a DJ, you're gonna hate it, just like how people that play guitar hate guitar hero.
