Can anybody shed some light on this situation in 2013? I'd like to know more.

On a speculative note, do you think they stole money from the Federal Reserve but did not choose to disclose it to the public because of not wanting to cause Chaos showing there are major vulnerabilities in the Federal Reserve Banks and their computer systems? You know, for diplomatic purposes, they would want to cover it up.
