I ordered 2 smaller packages for half price and got my report yesterday.

Time - 4/5. Not super fast but OK. I didn't realize for a couple days that provider was waiting for content approval from me
Content - 4/5 It's not bad, readable. Content looks unique on all 4 properties, with appropriate images and video

Video - don't know how useful it is. Never done video marketing and don't understand how they can improve ranking . Was expecting them to have links back to web2.0 properties according to scheme. There is no links

I have a problem with how the links are done. I expected anchor variation which is especially important now when Google is so anal about over optimization.
You give 2 keywords for the links but really every post has 2 links which goes like keyword1 first and then keyword2 second. As well known google only takes into consideration first link to the same destination anyway. So the second keyword is wasted.
Would be better to have 1 link with different anchors to your site and one to authority.

Overall I feel like the service is OK for 50% of price

thanks for the honest review.

as stated above you can give 1-2 different variation of keywords.
As video marketing is concern it really helps driving your traffic
almost of people now a days are watching videos so they follow your video links .. some of the video sites don't allow hyper links so I just posted the links as text ..viewers will copypaste the link and drive traffic to your sites.
