Hello all
i like to build site that will aggregate links to sites that offer free links to flash games
i just want to build aggregation site that collect all games link and put them in categories some kind of index site
and the actual all sites credits will be respected ,
is it legal do to it ?
 


you mean a directory? You should be OK. It wouldn't hurt to have a way for a site owner to notify you if they want you to remove their link.
 
well it is some kind of directory im going to use the link to the game they offer
as game in my site but when user click on the Thumbnail will point them
to the link the site offered as free link .. something like when you like youtube in your site .
i hope i made my self clear .
 
you should be fine... I wouldn't worry about it...

I've never once gotten a C&D or DMCA notice for just thumbnails...
