flash to html?

You'll need to provide more specifics on that. The flow and use are very different between a fully flash site versus a traditional HTML and CSS site.

Do you need it to feel the same, for instance do you need movable text like the flash site has using JavaScript? Will you provide wireframes?

Stuff like that is needed before even asking someone to begin PM'ing you with quotes.
 
I just need this done for seo purposes.
The functionality doesn't need to be exactly the same...just need the core content on there and somewhat of the same look.
 
Can keep 200% same look and feel of the design but your site have got lot of functionality like sliding up n down... how do u want them that should work ?
 
I dont need ANY of the goofy ass sliding/drop down stuff.
Just a static html/css version for search engine purposes.
 
Also -

If you build it out in template format, I can drop all the content in / build out all the pages. (save you time and me $)

Should be a fairly simple job..
