I'm selling one of my newer based sites which is only a few months old and one that I haven't had time to drive traffic to that site is Custom Flash Players - FLV, Flash, Player
This site has a unique design, full unique content, blog, PayPal security integrated, 10 Ready to sell fully functional flash players which include installation guides.
The domain name is currently 5 Months and 12 Days old but has no real backlinks or traffic yet, this is based upon dnScoop - Domain Name Value, History, Stats Tool and Forums and my own statistics.
It also has a automated payment system once a payment has been made the user gets redirected back and are given a username/password they can then login and have 7 days to download there product after the 7 days they will no longer be able to download the product and the download link is disabled for them.
That is written clearly in the Terms of service. The site also has custom made reciepts for you and your customers.
Also integrated into the database is a ton of info about the customers for instance you can see which user purchased which product for which price, you can see there custom order number, there paypal transaction id, there ip address, there paypal email address, and the date they purchased the product on.
This is so you can beat all disputes brought against you if someone ever buys a product and then takes out a dispute to try and steal there money back after they download the product, you can deny there request, then show paypal your Terms Of Service, and all the info you have on this user and re-insure them that they really did get there product they paid for.
Finally I've integrated an automated banning system based upon IPs if someone tries various paypal hacks (Like the penny hack) it doesn't allow them to do it and records there IP address, if they try to hack the site more then 10 times they are automatically banned until you remove them from the database.
You can really expand this site to include much more then flash players alone, you can include anything flash based or set up an affiliate program, ect...
It has a lot of potential to become a great site.
Also the domain is registered through GoDaddy and all products have full source codes included with them.
Also forgot to mention that the site is pretty mod_rewrite specific this is to ensure very nice seo urls for the search engines but double check with your hosting provider to make sure you have mod_rewrite enabled, its not my fault if you buy and you didn't check first.
Price: $150 - This cost requires you to manually change a few PHP files in order to have everything set up on your end however for an extra $50 I will set everything up on your end.
