is it just me or are half of the auctions on flippa.com completely retarded. every day i see some stupid ass wordpress theme with like 15 stolen articles slapped on it sell for $200 on some worthless domain thats like 3 words long...

are people really that stupid? its a shame lol

Yep they're almost all worthless.

Most of them are some site some douchebag put up and maybe made a few bucks on adwords or something then got the site banned and now wants to sell it claiming you're going to make much more because of it's potential.

But what's the alternative? DP? DNF isn't actually so bad but they have shit for volume, like two sites a year get listed for sale.

Seems it(shit sites for sale) got worse when they left sitepoint and turned it into "flippa".

Gotta wade through the shite there to find the gems. I always search for anything older than at least 9-12 months of age and a proven track record.

Anything newer than 6 months is almost always MFF (Made For Flippa) sites..
