Get your forum member to slam you for your noobiness, and you keep fight with them, with all the kicking and screaming
these shit to work really well on digg/reddit

Digg - User does not believe Linux can run without Windows
Digg - So I guess I Got Kicked Off Another My Little Pony Forum
Digg - Small insect inside my screen!
