Forward Traceroute-ish Plugin?

Basically I'm looking for a plugin for Firefox (or something) that traces the pages I'm redirected through.

It can't be a wheregoes.com, it needs to run realtime in my browser.

Ideas?

I use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6647/ - shows the redirect paths, cookies, headers, variables, content (to look at meta/js redirect page code), and probably some other stuff that I'm forgetting.
