Membership for the whole site is something like $39. Just pay... they have around 40+ themes..

woothemes is similar - but yes just pay the $$ it is the best investment ever (dont even think about downloading warez themes if you give 10% of a shit about your site)

elegant just released their shortcode library as a plugin which will add most of their functionality to any site...
