Hey I used to run Biz Opts back in the day, and I've started pushing some volume with them again.

What is the latest/best way to keep the FTC/everyone happy?

What are the standards for LPs looking like now a days? Or just any input would be appreciated. Thanks

the solution is to cover your tracks and don't be out-fucking-rageous. Like all these assholes putting the likeness of that hot ass French anchor on their landers. That's just unneccesary. Does that really improve conversions? No it fucking does not. What matters is how you deliver the benefits.

But yea, cover your tracks with domains and hosting of youre skuurred

Every time I put her picture on my landers I need to fap.

Yeah stay reasonable and don't use anyone's likeness or name who is a celeb or you're asking for it. The whole bizopp industry is probably the next up to bat to get a huge FTC slap.

imagine if that reporter could work out a settlement where she gets a percentage of each berry/detox/cleanse/bizop/whatever else sold....bank

from what I understand:

1) no fake testimonials - make sure they can be contacted if necessary to verify they actually said "XYZ" about the product.

2) no hiding rebilling terms in hard to find places

3) no fat chicks
