I selected "Not sure" when I got to that question, I think it's fucked up they even included it. Oh but that survey is absolutely brilliant, there was one page where I could truthfully select "Very disatisfied" for all four questions. It was the page about ad guidelines, customer support and ad approval consistency. Hopefully if enough of us kick up a fuss and let them know how shitty their system is, they will fix it slowly.
Yep, that pretty much sums it up. They really need to improve their ad approval process. I still haven't gotten anything approved. It's like they don't want money. It took the WF community to get them to do something about click fraud, so they have people on here. I wonder if this will get them to change things.Just wanted to throw that out there.
Reasons:
- Click fraud
- Carelessly mass-disapproving campaigns with no disregard (even if they are *legitimate campaigns within Facebook guidelines*)
- Carelessly mass-banning of accounts w/ no chance for appeal
- Horrible support for advertisers. No option for 1-on-1 representative support, even when spending heavily (>$30k/day) - they simply do not give a shit.
- Cannot "reply" to emails received from the bullshit "affiliates@facebook.com" email - I asked them to change that and they pretty much said "fuck no"
- Support queries gone days without response
- Support carelessly responds to emails and 50% of the time they do not even complete the tasks that you had asked them to in the initial support query
- too many damn hurtles to jump through just to get a campaign running
- Douchebag representatives - I won't name drop, but there are several DOUCHEBAGS Facebook representatives that don't give 2 shits about you even if you have dough to spend
- Anal advertiser guidelines - too much reliance on their automated system that punishes advertisers whom Facebook users "thumbs down" - since when the fuck is advertising given so much control to the users? There is literally no checks and balances for this type of system and has made many campaigns unproftiable and weak because of it
- Overall the NUMBER 1 pain-in-the-ass traffic source I have EVER worked with, hands fucking down
Anyone else have any beef with Facebook that they wanna vent?
Fuck you Facebook!
Maybe if we boycott them said:Everyone starting tommorow pull every add off of Facebook...I swear I wont put any up...![]()
a russian company gave them 200 million, so now they have time again not to come up with a business model.
I'm down, but you know that there will be at least one douche bag who will take advantage of the low prices and up their overall spend, ruining it for everyone.Everyone starting tommorow pull every add off of Facebook...I swear I wont put any up...![]()

Article on BBC today about Failbook 'growing up' and going on about how much their ad revenue grew last year and how well they're doing:
BBC - dot.life: Facebook - growing up fast
Have left a comment questioning the issue of click fraud etc with a link to the techcrunch articles, which is still awaiting moderation.
good work Ed.

If someone ever COULD convince the lot of us to not bid for 1-2 days, that would send a message, but, it will never happen. Some fucks would still toss money at em.
