Fuck that shit. Contact them and demand full payment for leads "generated" before their update in terms. Let them know that they will either pay you that now or that plus attorney fees later.

But don't let it consume your life / waste much of your time. Find a good attorney and let them handle it.

Or you can sign up with a competitors offer and then write bad reviews about the current brand, and finally redirect the traffic to a competitor. c:

Since they do not allow "brandname" in the URL it will be almost impossible to rank, i i have doubts if this will recover anything from my loss at all. does anyone have experience with this?

You can rank just fine without mentioning the brand name in the URL.

I agree with what Paperchase said above. If it's a brand name + coupons keyword that you're building a site on, you're providing little value. Now if your product is pain killers and you're building a site on pain killer coupons and pushing a certain advertisers offer, that's a different story. The later has more longevity in both not having offers disappear on you and not getting smacked in the serps.

Since you're already in the position that you're in, 301 to a generic URL (product + coupons) and run a competitors offer.
 
really fight it, you will get paid if you throw up a shit storm.

apart from that, start getting emails and spam them coupons for other merchants.

or

build out a fb/twitter page for generic fire sale deals and make money that way.

keep there customers.
