as in topic, i wasnt really int othat stuff so not sure whos hot now.
im looking Fully Managed VPS/Dedi with DDos protection and Cpanel/WHM - is there any recommendations?

I haven't tried them so I can't vouch for them but they offer some good DDoS protection.
 
A real ddos protected (or says so) hosting will cose lots more usual hosting. The question is, Are you expecting ddos attacks?
 
Try KnownHost, used them a couple of years before I moved to Dedicated Hosting.
They are SOLID and have great servers, and they even upgrade them as needed.
 
I can help setup a anonymous dedicated server located in france we do offer some sort of DDOS Protection dependin on the package taken,
but it also depends on what you are upto with that dedicated server lol
I meant. the server cannot be used for DDoSing, illegal porn etc.,

However, if your looking for DDOS protection the big thing is going to be how big a pipe your host has available. As an example one of our customers must have annoyed somebody because for the last couple days we had on and off High Intensity DDOS attacks and the key to handling that kind of load is quite frankly how much bandwidth you have.

It doesn't matter how well you can filter packets if your pipe is full. If your looking at this seriously give me a message and we can discuss further.
