The "Universal Forensic Extraction Device" sounds like the perfect cell phone snooping gadget.

Its maker, Israel-based Cellbrite, says it can copy all the content in a cell phone -- including contacts, text messages, call history, and pictures -- within a few minutes. Even deleted texts and other data can be restored by UFED 2.0, the latest version of the product, it says.

Red Tape - Gadget gives cops quick access to cell phone data

Anybody know of an app that would check the device that is being used to call for the info dump and then give a spoofed dump?

I tried looking, but couldn't find anything. If any of you code heads develops, it, I'll be glade to be one of your first adopters.

Every cell phone store uses those, Ive used that machine probably 1000 times when I worked for T-Mobile. It will def suck all your info out of your phone, ive never seen one that could get deleted data though.
