I hired a guy 20 hours/week for a month, just yesterday, communication from him good on AIM, I sent him a very detailed list of tasks all relating to linkbuilding for an EPN site. Wanted to give them something simple and safely non-competitive, you know, just in case they're not on the up and up.

The guy is really nice and I'm hoping to have the same experience Eli did.
