If you are a sole-proprietor then just put your name in for the business and leave the tax ID field blank.

Yep, I've been using points for airline tickets for years. US Airways is also a partner, and since they code share with United, I've gotten UA tickets through them too.

Also, since you just push your points into your individual frequent flier account, it's not limited to domestic travel; you just need to have enough points or miles to get the ticket. Typically it's 25K for round trip domestic and 50K for international.
