This is a solid PR service. Probably one of the best on WF. I have used two other services, but neither were able to get me into some really authority news sites: Silicon Valley's Mercury News, ABC News, The Boston Globe, and much more.
I actually used this service to try to get my Penguin-penalized site back into the SERPs, but nothing ranking yet.
Regardless, the sheer amount of links coming from these authority sites are killer.
Joe Finally completed my order...
Good TAT, the PR was put on those high PR PR websites... found that there was even PR8 site which is cool - so Joe did as promised.
Found that the PR got in google news too.
About the bonus links... overdelivered some of them like 2.0s and doc site links so I'm very happy about that
overall great job for me like before on other service I got from him.

Will definitely use this service again.

"I know Joe from his many other services and he is one of the top provider around in my book.Press release with the additional add-ons is a killer deal.The distribution is as mentioned in OP(Both distribution and Google news inclusion) and quality of PR is pretty good.Report contains direct links for some of the authority PR sites.Anyway,you can find most by just searching the title in Google.
I understand for the price(also new offering) he might ve been bit overloaded for fast TAT.I think he will/should make it quicker in future.

"Not a formal review, as I paid list price, but this service is done well, terrific writing, and created a pretty good array of quality backlinks. Some are nofollow links, but perhaps nothing looks more natural than press release backlinks, especially if you don't use keyword anchors. "
