OK, I purchased a review copy of the services provided (10 PR4 and 5 PR5 blog comments). The blog comments were delivered as promised. I sampled all of the links and found that almost all of them stuck. One did not survive moderation, but he provided an extra comment as part of the package so I got what I paid for.
Communication was OK. He was a little slow in delivering the services and after I asked about it, he said he was having electricity problems, which were causing a delay. He followed up shortly thereafter with the completed work report.
seo-world, I'd also encourage you to delete the above comment where you call me out for not leaving a review. You only delivered this work completed at 1:10 pm on November 6. To leave a post less than 24 hours later saying I'm not being fair for not reviewing it is a little over the top. Bear in mind the following:
1. You were slow in delivering the work to me.
2. It's a weekend right now.
Communication issues notwithstanding, the work was done as promised and I'd probably hire seo-world again.

Got my PR7 comment a couple of days ago.
So far its stayed there. However the comment provided is similar to "its a very nice page". Although to be honest, some of the other comments on that page are just as bad!
The comments are listed oldest first - which is exactly as I requested. That's good.
The page the comment is on currently has 151 internal links and 98 external links. ie a total of almost 250 outbound links. That's bad.
On 31 Oct seo-world said on this thread that there were only 10-15 OBLs!
Taking account of the comments added since then only reduces the OBL count by 24 links - to 225 links!
Had I realised that there were 225 OBLs on the page he was considering using I'd have walked away because the PR juice is very diluted when there are so many links on the page.
I expect posters of services on this board to be honest when describing the service they are promoting. So I'd welcome seo-world's comments here in case I've misunderstood things and I'd also like to know how he will fix this because so far I've not received a comment/link on a PR7 page with a low level of OBLs.
