I bought the service from him for around $400, and his job was to get me in the first page within 3 months for a fairly mid competition word. So far, the rankings have not jumped greatly but they have increased. Maybe this is because of my backlinks or maybe because of his service, I dont know yet.
It has been the first month and so far, I am not even in the top 10. Maybe this will change in the second month. I dont know.

Good to see that. Glad you are updating. As your site is totally new so it will fluctuate alot in starting. Also we need to make extra care for it that's why we are working very slowly on it. But we gave you timeframe what we think is really fine.
