Here's the breakdown on C Class IPs:
Roughly 1200+ of the 85% self hosted blogs are hosted on unique C-Class IPs. Each blog we created has a random number of subdomains from 0-4 (mostly zero subdomains). We do not reach more that 4 subdomains to maintain the quality of the blogs.

Just had an important meeting with the team yesterday and we have made a decision that would benefit both our clients and our blog network. As of now, we are not able to offer 3k, 4k, and 5k packages.
Currently we can only post your article to a maximum of 2000 blogs as we are protecting both the quality of our service as well as keeping our blogs away from Google radar. There are high chances for a spun article to be the exact duplicate or 90% the same if higher numbers are involved. This would not have a good effect on your rankings at all.
Ultimately, our top most concern are our clients.
And.. 2000 targeted blog posts to your site is already a HUGE rankings boost!
You can also order the 2000 again on a similar keyword and link to an inner page or a Web 2.0 property.
Regarding a drip feed service:
We currently cannot do a drip feeding service due to the amount of orders we are processing. It will only be a one time posting to all blogs. However, Google indexes the blogs at random times and considering the number of blogs, there would be little or no possibility of Google indexing all blogs at the same time. Google will naturally index the posts in a 5-10 day period which is almost the same as the drip feeding. This is proven and tested on a multitude of clients. So far so good, we haven't gotten any negative comments since our start which was 2 months ago on some personal clients.
