Getting over the crazy Google SLAP ...

Hey guys,

Just curious of this...

My site has been slapped in Adwords with "Ads rarely show due to low quality score" and become a 1/10 QS on most of the keywords.

Is the easy solution to simply do another domain - transferring the content? (and back up to good again right?)
