I agree C2M is a great network and has some great people working there. Ruck sent me this new TV and Bluray player just a few weeks ago for my new place(the shitty furniture is mine). I have a SN here; just wanted some privacy though.

Why would he give you something that will cause both of you to make less money? :D

Congrats man... I'm hoping to get a call this week as well, C2M seems to have a lot of knowledge and can help those that want to be truly full time.

I think you'll find a thread showing the same thing by every reputable network out there.

well Krongel, guess that doesn't count for international affiliates. after all I didn't even get into your "LEADers" program, too bad.

Jeremy from Jar-Media gave me a PS3 and bribed a cab driver to get me home after I got completely wasted at ASE. Bryan from aquasis / sybarite did get me a phone and never asked for any compensation too. Tim from Azoogle sent me a drinking game when I moved into my apartment. <3 this industry but after all they all earn a shit ton of money off you.

True but generally there's no need to bribe them with the $ unless you want some "added benefits" ;)

umm, no...

generally speaking a "bribe" or incentive IS needed when cabbies are asked to take someone who is as big of a lush as Ricardo home...

They don't want to risk you puking your brains out all over their back seat - they rather move on and pick up the next cab hailer.

noob

I think what he meant was that 'bribed' is the wrong word. You don't have to bribe someone to take a drunk passenger, since it's not illegal. You just have to 'pay' them some more on top of the regular cab fare.
